Claim a FREE 12-month Adobe Acrobat license
From April 1st 2021 - June 30th 2021, Fujitsu Scansnap are offering customers who purchase the ScanSnap iX1400 a free 12-month license of industry leading PDF conversion software, Adobe Acrobat - usually priced at £181.00 RRP.
This amazing offer will be of value to almost any business user, with a need to scan their documents using the ScanSnap iX1400, then import into Adobe Acrobat where you can convert, sign, send and manage digital PDF files.
This is the perfect opportunity for paper-based offices to begin their transition into digital signing - removing the need for physical paper to be passed from one person to another in order for it to be signed. Ideal for offices with a need to reconsider their workspace in the post covid-19 lockdown age.
Take advantage of this offer by purchasing a new ScanSnap iX1400, then filling out the claim form in our attributes section.
Fujitsu ScanSnap Launch Two New Products
Fujitsu have launched two new products into their market-leading ScanSnap range: the Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1400 and the Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1600. These two scanners compliment the already best-selling Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1500 - which replaced the Fujitsu ScanSnap iX500 - and gives ScanSnap customers a range to choose from, to suit varying needs and budgets.
ScanSnap iX1400 vs ScanSnap iX1600
Crucially, ScanSnap customers will want to know what the difference is between these two new machines when compared to the iX1500.
The Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1400 is a USB-connected scanner with improved scan speed of 40ppm, versus the iX1500's 30ppm. It features a one-touch scan button and powers up when unfolded. It is designed with advanced feeding technology to prevent paper jams and allows the user to scan a wide range of documents using carrier sheets, such as thick or long media and folded A3 documents. These A3 documents can then be automatically stitched together with ScanSnap Home.
ScanSnap Home is bundled with all three units and its features do not vary between models when facing a computer. However, users will notice that the iX1400 does not come with a touchscreen user-interface and so must be controlled on computer. However, once users are up and running with their scanning, intelligent AI within ScanSnap Home recognises the different types of documents a user scans over time and automatically categorise data into folders. This removes a number of steps in the administration process, freeing your time up.
